1) How does this website work?

Ans: Enter the amount that you are willing to pay for the item and submit the offer. The system will accept or reject the offer base on our pre set amount. Once the offer is accepted, the item will be added to the customer shopping cart. The item cannot be remove from the shopping cart. You will require admin assistance you doing so. 

3) Where or how can we can the cards we won?

Ans: Shipping/ Collection options are as follows: Local shipping via registered mail $4.00 Includes toploaders and local registered mail.

Local pick will be available at all Games Haven Outlets. Please choose the shipping method before checking out. You can check the locations available here (input page link)

5) What happen if i don't need the card i won?

Ans: Please contact the admin via here(input link), we will only accept valid reasons upon deciding the outcome of the refund.

7) If i am from outside Singapore, can i buy cards from this website?

Ans: Yes you can, the only shipping method will be registered mail via Singpost. Payment method will be paypal only.


2) How can we check out the shopping cart?

Ans: You have 24 hours to check out the shopping cart after the 1st item is added to your shopping cart. Once the time is up, the account will be suspended and the cards will be returned to the system so that other customers can make offer on them.

4) What are the payment methods available?

6) What happen if the card condition does not match the stated item?

Ans: Please double check the condition of the card upon collection, no refund will be allowed after the customer left the premises. If the condition is found to be below the stated. We can refund the card price in full to the customer.

8) How would i know if there is new cards added to the page?

Ans: We will be adding cards to the system time to time. The Second Phase of this website will be merging to a App so that notification can help with this request.
